Vouchers can be used on all spa treatments and packages.

Online vouchers generate printable or electronic copies which can be sent to you or the recipient.

If you would like a hard copy, you need to make an appointment for collection.

Please note that therapists will be available within the 15 minutes allocated for this booking.

If you arrive outside this time frame we can not guarantee that we will be available.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Not redeemable for cash. No refund will be issued on gift vouchers purchased.

If there are lost, stolen or expired they cannot be replaced. Please bring vouchers to our shop.

Vouchers valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

We suggest using within 6 months as treatments and packages are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the highest level of service, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours before your booked appointment.

Any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50%,

 No shows will be charged full price of appointment.

Last minute rescheduling and cancellations within 12 hours are considered a no show.​​
