OCEA ECO SPA asks all customers read the following carefully before making a purchase or booking online. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.

OCEA ECO SPA welcomes everyone to use and enjoy our service/s. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse services to those that we deem as having misused our service or disrespected staff in any way, in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.

We retain the right to make amendments to our service, brand, products or prices, at any time without notice or consequence.

SPA ENVIRONMENT

The spa environment is a place where you can completely relax and unwind, therefore please respect this by using a soft tone of voice, kindly deferring from using mobile phones, smoking or being under the influence of non prescription drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol. If you arrive late, your therapist might need to cut your treatment time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.

CONSULTATION FORMS

Please complete online consultation form prior to your appointment or arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out in order to avoid cutting into your treatment time.

SPECIAL OCCASSION BOOKINGS

We recommend at least two weeks notice on all group bookings to ensure availability of Therapists. Currently only taking bookings a maximum of 4 months in advance of date requested. A name transfer, change of date or hold of funds for a later date may be issued with sufficient notice. 

 

Promotion

Vouchers cannot be used to book promotional or discount treatments or used against existing bookings. If you prefer, you can upgrade your existing appointment instead.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers can be used on full priced services only. Not redeemable on flash sales, last-minute specials, and other discounted packages or promotions unless specified otherwise. Not redeemable for cash. No refund will be issued on gift vouchers purchased. Vouchers valid for 3 years from date of purchase. We suggest using vouchers within a 6 month period as our treatments, prices and packages are subject to change. An extension to the suggested expiry written on the voucher can be offered by contacting OCEA ECO SPA.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*To provide the highest level of service, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours (whether made online or over the phone) before your booked appointment.

*If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 'Cancellation Fee' or 'No show Fee' at our discretion, We will

-Charge you 50 % of your treatment for any cancellations under 48 hours of a scheduled appointment.

-We do not refund for change your mind

-No shows will be charged full price of scheduled appointments.

-Rescheduling 12-48 hours prior to an appointment is still a cancellation and will be charged a fee of 50%.

-We require all customer's Card details to secure your booking.

-We provide gift cards in lieu of a cancellation fee if you require.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Please notify our Receptionist at the time of booking your treatments, if you are pregnant, we advise you wait until after 12 weeks/first trimester to receive a pregnancy massage, we do have other suitable treatments available for you at this special time and would be happy to advise you. If you suffer from any allergies, or are taking any medication that may interfere with your experience it is always best to let reception and your therapist know. This is for your own safety.
