We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture.
We pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

General Terms

This website is owned and operated by OCEA ECO SPA®.

By purchasing or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions at all times, without exception. Please read the following carefully before proceeding with any purchase or booking.

OCEA ECO SPA welcomes everyone to use and enjoy our services. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who misuses our services or disrespects our staff, whether in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.

We retain the right to make changes to our services, brand, products, or pricing at any time, without notice or consequence.

Spa Environment

OCEA ECO SPA is a sanctuary for relaxation and wellness.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly request:

  • Speak softly within spa areas.

  • Refrain from using mobile phones.

  • Avoid smoking, or attending appointments under the influence of non-prescription drugs or excessive alcohol.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.

Consultation Forms

Please complete your online consultation form before your appointment. Alternatively, arrive 10 minutes early to complete it at the spa to avoid reducing your treatment time.

Special Occasion Bookings

  • We recommend at least two weeks' notice for group bookings to ensure therapist availability.

  • Bookings can be made a maximum of 3 months in advance.

  • Name transfers, date changes, or holding funds for a future date may be available with sufficient notice.

Promotions

  • Gift vouchers cannot be used for promotional, discounted, or flash sale treatments.

  • You may upgrade an existing appointment using a voucher, but not replace it.

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for full-priced services only.

  • Not redeemable for cash or refundable.

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • We recommend using vouchers within 6 months as treatments, pricing, and packages are subject to change.

  • Extensions may be granted upon request by contacting OCEA ECO SPA.

Cancellation Policy

To maintain the highest standard of service:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Rescheduling 12–48 hours prior is considered a cancellation and will incur a 100% fee.

  • All bookings require card details to secure the appointment.

  • We may provide a gift card in lieu of a cancellation fee if requested.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" cancellations.

Medical History

Please inform reception when booking if you:

  • Are pregnant (we recommend waiting until after the first trimester for pregnancy massages).

  • Have allergies or health conditions that may affect your treatment.

  • Are taking any medications that could impact your experience.

This information ensures your safety and helps us tailor your treatment accordingly.

Your privacy matters to us.
OCEA ECO SPA treats all client information with the highest level of confidentiality and respect.
